This Privacy Policy covers Thekkiam’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Thekkiam collects when you are on the www.thekkiam.com site, and when you use Thekkiam’s services. Thekkiam collects emails when one wants to participate in ‘I Am A Genius’ Contest. Personally identifiable information is collected from the participant when one enters the final stages of the above said contest. Thekkiam may also receive personally identifiable information from business partners.

When you register with Thekkiam, we ask for your email address. And when you enter the final stages of the ‘IAmAGenius’ contest, we ask for your name, occupation / educational qualification, Company / College, city, Country and your picture.. Once you give us your email id, you are not anonymous to us.
 
Thekkiam also automatically receives and records information on our server log from your browser that presently includes your IP address.

Thekkiam uses your information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you may see, to send you information on ‘IAmAGenius’ contest, and to contact you about specials and new products. Thekkiam is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, veracity and reliability of any advertising and content, products and services which may be accessed or advertised to you and Thekkiam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the same.
